BUT IS IT REVERSE RACISM? No, it just plain old racism.

The case can seem deceptively simple: Since patrons of tanning salons are almost exclusively white, the tax will be almost entirely paid by white people and, therefore, violates their constitutional right to equal protection under the law. (referring to the 14th amendment)

So lets ask a beneficiary of racist policy, affirmative action, Harvard Law Professor Randall Kennedy. Quoted from the Washington Post:

"There is no constitutional problem at all, because a plaintiff would have to show that the government intended to disadvantage a particular group, not simply that the group is disadvantaged in effect," he said.

What is his rational? What would it take to prove that President Obama ((A HARVARD LAW GRAD))or members of Congress ((CHUCK FULL OF HARVARD LAW GRADS)) intended to discriminate against white people when they included the tan tax in the health-care law? There would have to be some record of direct or indirect comments by the officials involved, Kennedy said.

So if i read this correctly Mr. Kennedy is all knowing or he assumes that "the most transparent administration ever" during their countless closed door meetings, had never sought to violate their constitutional right to equal protection under the law. The way i see it either Randy owns the Wizard of Oz WIcked Witch of the East's crystal ball or his ASSUMPTIONS are making an ass of out of you and me and the constitution.
Knowing that Mr. Eric Holder has dismissed investigations into the New Black Panthers blocking white voters from philly polls in the 2008 election.... my guess is Mr Kennedy is wrong. Ohio's New Wine Limits Law

Democrats in Ohio propose a limit on how many bottles of wine any individual or household can have in any given year. Move over Big Brother and Big Sister there's a new boss in coming to town, BIG WINO:

As laws go, Ohio's limit on wine purchases appears to be simple:
"No family household shall purchase more than 24 cases of 12 bottles of 750 milliliters of wine in one year."

Jingo Says: this another law for law purposes because if they were serious they would fine you more than merely a case of wine. Furthermore if somebody can afford 24 cases a year, then i am sure a $100 fine will be no deterrent.

Ohio Department of Public Safety Investigative Unit, which enforces state alcohol laws. The law allows a fine of up to $100 if someone is found guilty.
